    What It Is

Cold therapy, concentrated on one area.

Whole-body cryotherapy cools you everywhere at once. Targeted cryotherapy does the opposite: a controlled stream of very cold air is directed at a single joint, muscle or tendon, so the tissue that hurts gets the full effect while the rest of you stays comfortable.

    Precise

The technician treats the area you point to, adjusting distance and duration for that specific tissue.

    Fast

Active cooling lasts a few minutes per area, so a visit fits inside a lunch break.

    Comfortable

You stay seated or lying down, fully clothed apart from the area being treated.

    Repeatable

Because sessions are short and gentle, they can be scheduled in a planned series.

    How A Session Works

In and out in about twenty minutes.

Every Wellyes visit follows the same four steps, so you always know what's coming — and nothing happens before we've confirmed treatment is right for you.

    Quick intake

We review your history, symptoms and goals, then confirm cryotherapy is appropriate for you and choose the area to treat.

    Position the area

You stay fully clothed apart from the treatment area. You sit or lie comfortably while the technician sets up.

    Targeted cooling

A controlled stream of cold air is applied directly to the affected tissue, monitored the whole time for temperature and comfort.

    Move and reassess

Afterwards we check comfort and range of motion, and talk through how often to return for your condition.

    Common Reasons People Come In

    What we treat most often.

    Inflammation and swelling

Localized swelling after injury, activity or procedures, where cold is applied to a specific area rather than the whole body.

Long-standing pain that people manage over time, often with a planned series of short sessions.
